Wellbeing at work
I’ve learned along the way that sometimes the real reason for people’s underperformance is in their well-being. Company management may imagine that the fault lies in the processes, tools, or methods that they use. However, when it comes to resolving and figuring out the problem, it turns out that people might not feel good with themselves or within their environment. This can be due to a number of reasons, of course, and I certainly don’t claim to be an occupational psychologist or a work ability coach.
However, I have had the opportunity to be part of the story of SYKE Tribe and we have solved welfare problems there. SYKE Tribe has already provided coaching to hundreds of thousands of people.
